Who we are

Framley is a digital product brand based in Indonesia. We offer 100% digital products (such as Framer templates and related assets) and may also offer services (such as template customization, redesign, or custom builds).

Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use our site and purchase/download our products. If you’re using Framley on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

the Lemon Squeezy customer dashboard / order portal.

Lemon Squeezy provides a “My Orders” page where customers can access order history and downloads.
You’re responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring you can receive delivery messages (including checking spam/junk folders).

Refunds

Refund window

We review refund requests submitted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not automatic and are evaluated case-by-case.

Refunds may be approved if:

The template is completely non-functional, and
You contacted our Helpdesk with a real issue, and you received no response within 72 hours (business days only), and/or
The product description was fully misleading

You purchased by mistake and access was already delivered

More than 14 days have passed since purchase and you did not contact support with a real issue

Discount / campaign exclusions

No refunds for purchases made at a discounted price (promo/discount codes/special pricing).

Because Lemon Squeezy may act as merchant of record, refunds and chargebacks may be handled through Lemon Squeezy’s systems, and Lemon Squeezy may have its own rules and discretion in certain cases.

bug verification,
clarifying product functionality.
