Framley sells 100% digital products delivered via email and the Lemon Squeezy customer dashboard. Because digital products are delivered immediately, refunds are not automatic. We review each request carefully to keep things fair for both customers and our team.

A refund may be approved if one or more of the following are true:

  1. The Framley template is completely non-functional, and

  2. You contacted our Helpdesk about the issue, but you didn’t receive any response within 72 hours (business days only), and/or

  3. The Framley product description was fully misleading

To help us review quickly, include:

  • your order email / order number,

  • what you purchased,

  • a clear description of the issue,

  • screenshots or a short screen recording (if possible),

  • and any relevant links (staging link is preferred).
