You Are NOT Allowed To:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the template or its source files in any way.
• Use the template to create a new template, theme, or kit for sale or distribution.
• Claim ownership of the design of the template.

 

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including all templates and source files) are and will remain the exclusive property of Framley and its licensors.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products or services purchased from our site. Please review the live demo and product features before purchasing.

Custom Services

For custom website design and development services, project terms, timelines, and payment schedules will be outlined in a separate, written agreement between you and Framley.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Framley, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our products.
