Welcome to Framley (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of framley.pro, your purchases, downloads, and any related services (support, updates, newsletters). By using the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
If you have questions, contact hello@framley.pro.
1) Using our site
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm you can legally enter into contracts and will use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We may change or update the Site and these Terms at any time; when we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. For material changes, we’ll provide a more prominent notice.
2) Products & delivery
All products are digital goods (e.g., Framer templates, design assets). After purchase, you’ll receive access via email and/or your checkout dashboard. We do not ship physical items.
3) Payments, taxes & merchant of record
Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers. When we use Lemon Squeezy, they act as Merchant of Record and handle payment processing and applicable taxes; your card statement may list them. Their buyer terms and platform terms apply in addition to ours.
4) Licensing (how you can use our templates)
Unless a product page states otherwise, your purchase grants you a commercial license to create one End Product for one brand/domain (client or personal), with unlimited edits/iterations for that brand. You may modify the files to suit your project needs.
What’s allowed
-
Create one End Product for yourself or a client.
-
Modify, remix, and combine our files within your project.
What’s not allowed
-
Redistribution or resale of our files, modified or not (free or paid), including sharing to marketplaces, private channels, or bots.
-
Using our files to create templates, themes, or component libraries for resale or free distribution.
-
Copying templates/components to parked accounts solely to stockpile for later redistribution.
If you need to use a template for multiple brands or client projects, please purchase additional licenses or contact us for a multi-use/team license. (This structure follows common template-shop practices and mirrors the spirit of FramerBite’s allowed/forbidden uses.)
5) Refunds
We aim to be fair. We offer a 14-day refund window when requests meet our refund criteria (for example: duplicate purchase, unrecoverable technical issues we can’t resolve, or accidental purchase without download). Because these are digital files, we may decline refunds once files are accessed/downloaded, except where required by law. See our Refund Policy for details.
6) Support & updates
We provide product support for active license holders via our official channels. Support covers template bugs, installation guidance, and usage tips. It doesn’t include custom design/development work. We may release updates or improvements at our discretion. (FramerBite expresses a similar approach to support scope and active-license eligibility.)
7) Intellectual property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Site and our products. Your license is a limited right to use the files as described above—not a transfer of ownership. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership over our products, modified or unmodified.
8) Third-party content & embedded media
Our Site may include links to or embedded content from third-party websites (e.g., videos, posts, images). Those sites may collect data and set cookies according to their own policies; your interactions there are governed by the third party’s terms and privacy policy.
9) Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our products or Site, including by:
-
Attempting to breach security or interfere with Site operations,
-
Infringing intellectual-property or privacy rights,
-
Circumventing license limits or access controls,
-
Using our products for illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms are breached.
10) Disclaimers
Our products and Site are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement). We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. (This mirrors the standard industry disclaimer style and the FramerBite stance.)
11) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and our officers, employees, and partners) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
13) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or products if we reasonably believe you’ve breached these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends, and you must cease use of the files except as required by law.
