Welcome to Framley (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use framley.pro and our related services (downloads, purchases, support, and newsletters).

What we collect

1) Information you provide to us

  • Account / checkout details: name, email, billing info (processed by our payment provider), and product selections.

  • Support & contact: the contents of messages you send to us (e.g., via forms or email).

  • Marketing preferences: your newsletter opt-in and topics of interest (if you choose to provide them).

2) Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data: limited technical data like browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps to operate and secure the Site.

  • Cookies/consent: we use only the cookies necessary for our Site to function and any additional cookies only with your consent (see Cookies below). For Framer-hosted sites, using a consent banner is required when non-essential cookies are present.

Why we use your information (purposes & legal bases)

  • Provide products & services (fulfil downloads, license your template use, process transactions, deliver updates) — Contract.

  • Customer support (answer questions, fix issues) — Legitimate interests / Contract.

  • Service improvement & security (troubleshooting, analytics, abuse prevention) — Legitimate interests.

  • Marketing (product updates, tips, promotions) — Consent. You can withdraw consent anytime via the unsubscribe link.

Payments & third-party services

We use payment and fulfillment providers to process transactions securely. These providers act as independent controllers or processors of your data under their own policies. If you purchase through Lemon Squeezy (common in the template ecosystem), their privacy policy applies to your checkout data.

Other typical providers we may use (depending on your setup):

  • Analytics: privacy-friendly tools (e.g., Plausible) that claim cookie-less, GDPR-compliant analytics. Review their policies for details.

  • Email & CRM: newsletter and support tooling (e.g., Mailchimp/ConvertKit/Helpdesk).

  • Hosting & site platform: Framer and related infrastructure for web delivery and performance. See Framer’s guidance on cookies & GDPR.

Cookies

  • Essential cookies: required for core functionality (e.g., session, checkout).

  • Analytics/marketing cookies: used only if you give consent via our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw consent anytime through the banner’s settings.

  • If we use a cookie-less, privacy-first analytics provider, consent banners for analytics may not be necessary (per the provider’s own compliance statements). Always consult local law.

How we share information

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

Marketing communications

We send transactional emails related to your purchases. We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe any time using the link in our emails.
